1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MK Web & Automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

3 Client Obligations

Clients must provide timely access to necessary data, accounts, and feedback required for project completion. You represent that you own or have the right to use all content provided to us for the execution of services. Failure to provide required resources may result in project delays or termination.

4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (websites, custom scripts, designs) is transferred to the Client. However, MK Web & Automation retains the right to use non-confidential elements, generic code blocks, and the project case study for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MK Web & Automation, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6 Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arlington, Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Arlington, VA.
